Questions before you subscribe?

What is included in both plans?

Both plans include unlimited IRI data collection, unlimited user accounts, access to the TotalPave IRI data collection app, and access to the TotalPave web portal.

When will I receive access?

After payment is processed, you will receive an account setup link. Payment processing and account setup can take up to 24 hours.

What equipment do I need?

You need a compatible smartphone, a sturdy windshield mount, and a roadworthy vehicle. A specialized survey vehicle is not required.

How much do I save annually?

The annual plan is $1,000 USD, compared with $1,200 USD over 12 monthly payments. You save $200, equivalent to two months free.

Can I change or cancel my subscription later?

Yes. You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in the TotalPave web portal.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Your subscription will renew automatically and the card on file will be charged at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal and retain access through the period you have already paid for.

Can I collect without cellular service?

Cellular service / internet is not required to collect data. Logs can be stored on the device and uploaded when Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity is available.
